VII.- PURCHASE OF TICKETS:

Tennium Spain Megatennis UTE declines all responsibility when the tickets have not been purchased on the website www.openinternacionalvalencia.com.
Admission is subject to having a complete ticket in good condition. Likewise, the ticket must be kept until the exit of the enclosure. In no case Tennium Spain Megatennis UTE will be responsible for the loss or theft of the ticket. The purchaser of the ticket assumes all responsibility in case the ticket is presented in duplicate, photocopied or forged, losing all rights to access the enclosure.

Due to the fact that the BBVA Open Internacional de Valencia Tournament is played outdoors, adverse weather conditions such as rain, extreme heat or high-speed winds may cause delays in the scheduling of matches that may alter the initially planned program, without the right to a refund of any amount except for the exceptions indicated in the General Conditions. Any changes will be announced as soon as possible.
If a session suffers a delay in its start time, the holder of a ticket will not be entitled to another ticket or to a refund.
If the suspension, for any reason whatsoever, occurs after 60 minutes of play have elapsed on any of the courts of the BBVA Valencia International Open Tournament, there will be no obligation to set a new date or to reimburse the amount of the ticket.
In the event that the suspension occurs before 60 minutes have elapsed, Tennium Spain Megatennis UTE will proceed to refund the amount of the ticket, deducting the administration costs. In the event that the refund requested is for a season ticket, the proportional part of the same will be refunded, following the price scale corresponding to the tickets.
In order to receive the corresponding refund, this must be requested at the Sporting Club de Tenis facilities on the same day of the suspension, presenting in any case proof of purchase. No claims will be accepted after this date.
The refund of the amount will be made through the same method of payment used in the purchase, within two or three days after the suspended day. Tennium Spain Megatennis UTE will only reimburse the amount of the ticket, after deducting the management costs, not being responsible for any other expenses such as, by way of example and merely by way of example, hotels, travel, meals, subsistence, etc.
A ticket may not be used for advertising, commercial, promotional, gaming, contest or betting purposes, without prior, express and reliable authorization from Tennium Spain Megatennis UTE. The illegal resale of a ticket or the attempt of illegal resale constitutes sufficient cause for the seizure or cancellation of such ticket without the right to reimbursement or any other type of compensation.

It is also forbidden to enter the sports grounds under the influence of alcoholic beverages, toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances. Entry may be denied to persons who behave in a violent manner, who may cause discomfort to the public or users or may alter the normal development of the show or activity.
Tennium Spain Megatennis UTE reserves the right of admission, any person may be required to inspection and search. The entry of any object considered dangerous is not allowed, including, in addition: cans, bottles, alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, bicycles, skates, whistles, laser pointers, pets. Ticket holders give their consent by accessing the venue of the event or show so that their image may be recorded and subsequently reproduced for the aforementioned promotional purposes as part of the public. Sporting Club de Tenis reserves all image and intellectual property rights of the show.
