ANABEL MEDINA IS AGAIN RECOGNIZED FOR THE SECOND YEAR AS ONE OF THE 100 MOST INFLUENTIAL WOMEN IN SPANISH SPORT BY ‘TOP WOMEN IN SPORTS’. – BBVA Open Internacional de Valencia

The director of the BBVA Open Internacional Valencia Tournament, Anabel Medina, has been recognized for the second consecutive year as one of the 100 most influential women in Spanish sport by ‘Top Women in Sports’.

This is the first ranking of Spanish women’s sports, which was created by the Women’s Sport Institute to highlight Spanish female talent in the world of sport.

It annually recognizes the talent and performance of women in the world of sport, highlighting their growing ability to influence, with various categories that reward the work in federations, organizations, official bodies or companies.

The Valencian has been recognized as one of the 25 best national coaching staff directors for her role as captain of the Spanish national team for the Billie Jean King Cup, along with names such as national gymnastics coach Alejan Dra Quereda, the first woman coach in the ACB Ann a Montañana, international athletics judge Gemma Castaño, sports psychologist Patricia Ramírez or the sports director of the Atlético de Madrid women’s team, María Vargas.
