The BBVA Open Internacional de Valencia will start next Saturday, June 10th at the Sporting Club de Tenis. And from the start, the competition will be complemented by numerous activities that will run parallel to the event.
As a previous experience, the Saladar and Peñacañada clubs have received the visit of Anabel Medina and Leyre Romero, where children have been able to enjoy a day with them.
Thus, on Sunday, June 11, most of the clubs of the province will participate in their I Clinic, in what is expected to become a tradition of union and coexistence.
From Monday 12 to Wednesday 14, the visits of the schools of the region will be constant, accompanied by an exhibition of Blind Tennis on the first day and a talk on women and their effect on sport on the third.
On the 15th at 7 p.m. the second edition of Women’s Day will take place, where the round table under the title ‘Paths to success’ will once again bring together some of the Valencian businesswomen with the most outstanding careers in a wide range of fields.
A day later, a new multiple presentation on sustainability will be held, based on the initiatives of a tournament that became the first on the circuit to fully offset its carbon footprint.
The sponsors and the organization, as every year, will celebrate their official dinner at the club’s terrace on Saturday 17th, before facing the final day where the doubles final will be played at 15:30 and the singles at 18:00.
